We'll look to you for: Contributing ideas to the Process Engineer or PIM to enhance product manufacturability and meet QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets, Participating in product design reviews as necessary, Collaborating on Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA) and validating prototypes, Requesting tooling as needed and writing detailed tooling specifications, Ensuring optimal EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and ergonomic conditions, Performing task sequencing for workstations and calculating accurate method times, Industrializing retrofit processes following engineering changes to include routings, work instructions, and tooling, Leading continuous process improvement initiatives, Acting as a champion for Alstom Performance System (APSYS), Developing and managing ERP routings and work/inspection instructions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Process Engineers, Product Design teams, and Quality Assurance), lead the industrialization of retrofit processes following engineering changes, and ensure optimal EHS and ergonomic conditions-and much more.
