Functional/Technical Skills - deep understanding of construction management processes, building codes, safety regulations, and trades (testing, concrete, masonry, metals, carpentry, woodwork, roofing, insulation, windows/doors, drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical) required for successful completion of the project. Communicates major issues (accident, inspections, job site difficulties, etc.) with Weis Project Manager, General Foreman, and Group Vice President in a timely manner.
