Train and develop set-up operators in machine setup, operation, tooling, and quality inspection through hands-on instruction, coaching, and feedback to build proficiency and support safe, consistent production. Produce machined parts, products, or components by programming, setting up and operating CNC lathes and milling machines (Haas, Mori, Doosan, Puma) along with conventional machines.
