In this role, you will take jobs from blueprint through complete setup and production, troubleshoot machining issues, optimize programs, and mentor machine operators to ensure smooth production flow. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose issues related to tool wear, machine alarms, chatter, and dimensional defects; assist with basic machine maintenance.
