Key Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), coupled with 8+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, manage performance, and support workforce planning.
