General knowledge of plant equipment to include boiler operations, knowledge of fluid heat exchangers, part inventory and storage control, refridgeration cooling systems, types fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, air compressor operations, electrical distribution, electrical and electronic controls, welding operations. • Understanding of engineering theory and principles as related to plant operations * Technology the candidate must have knowledge of: Homogenizers, Blow Molds, Electrical Distribution (480V/60Uz/3 Phase), Welding experience a plus • Proper use of tools and techniques with limited supervision.
