This includes emergency, routine, and preventive maintenance procedures on items including but not limited to boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, HVAC equipment, water treatment systems, compactors, conveyors, sorter, solar energy system, and other equipment within the purview of the department. Serving as the Facilities Department's liaison, working closely with PNY's Security Department related to the fire prevention and monitoring system, doors and locking systems, fire extinguishers, first aid/AED/CPR equipment and supplies, etc.
