QUALIFICATIONSEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent progressive experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-entity and/or multi-state payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a role directly supervising other payroll staff. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional PartnershipServe as the primary payroll point of contact for HR, Accounting, site leadership, and external vendors (payroll software, benefits carriers, tax agencies).Identify and lead process-improvement initiatives to increase payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across both entities.
