Primary Responsibilities Include: Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by managing the turnover process Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris Deliver exceptional customer service to residents Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including: <ul><li>Repairing electrical circuits, switches, and breakers</li><li>Servicing and installing light fixtures and appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)</li><li>Fixing and replacing toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, and caulking</li><li>Handling minor carpentry repairs, including doors, window screens, and blinds</li><li>Painting and drywall repair as needed</li><li>Removing bulk trash, including discarded appliances</li><li>Clearing drains and sewer lines (up to 4')</li></ul> If you re ready to take the next step in your maintenance career, apply today and get started! Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible Maintenance Technician with a great attitude to join our team. This person will support our property in McKinleyville, CA and may occasionally need to travel to assist other properties within the portfolio. The perfect candidate will also include;Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: 1 or more years in a maintenance role, preferred.
