Perform a variety of skilled trades, such as carpentry (e.g., repairing doors and windows, building walls, caulking), roofing repair and maintenance, electrical (e.g., replace breakers, wiring, wall switches/outlets), plumbing (e.g., unstopping commodes, repairing leaks, changing fixtures), painting, et cetera (etc.), as required to maintain the park grounds and operations. Supervise a team of full- and part-time maintenance employees by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff; managing performance; scheduling and monitoring work hours; coordinating work assignments; providing daily guidance; and applying required human resource processes.
