Essential Functions: Advanced Maintenance & Repairs: • Oversee the general operation of HVAC, elevators and compactors • Respond to tenant and common area work orders and ensure timely resolution • Install and maintain property signage • Perform weekly vehicle inspections for all departments • Assist in training and onboarding of new maintenance staff • Assist Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing maintenance schedule and tasks • Assist with minor compactor repairs and maintenance • Identify potential roof leaks and report findings • Perform in-house painting, plumbing and general repairs.
