This position responds to work requests, completes routine building repairs, assists with furniture assembly and relocation, surplus and inventory activities, and performs general carpentry, plumbing, lighting, and facility maintenance tasks within their training and qualifications. Make repairs to general facilities to include, but not limited to, general carpentry repairs, perform minor paint and patch work, repairs to ceiling and floor coverings, doors, windows, and furniture.
