In addition to following Karali North America’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities are, but are not limited to: · Diagnose, repair, and maintain all equipment, i.e., HVAC, refrigerators, air conditioners, coolers, and freezers and ensures all repairs are made to broilers, fryers, heating, and food preparation equipment. · Installation and final connections to utilities for foodservice equipment, dish machines, gas equipment, steamers, mixers, etc., i.e. plumbing, electrical, gas, and steam.
