Experience in maintenance and repairs, to include light construction (replacement of windows and doors, fencing, trim work, etc.), plumbing (replacement of faucets, sinks, etc.), and electrical (troubleshooting, replacement of outlets, lighting, etc.). This includes, but is not limited to, daily, weekly, and monthly tasks associated with maintenance duties such as maintenance turnover of apartments, power washing, cleaning various areas of the property, and repair of overall properties and individual resident units.
