Wage: $70,000-$90,000 salaryStarting salary will be determined and based on a variety of job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, certifications, scope, and performance, as well as market rates, internal equity, budget constraints, the role’s responsibilities, candidate’s unique qualifications, potential for growth, benefits, and organizational policies. The Facilities Manager is accountable for the overall operation of the agency buildings, grounds, vehicles and equipment such that it facilitates the needs of the organization, staff, clients and visitors while enhancing community image and complying with state and federal safety regulations.
