The Safety Manager leads safety initiatives, conducts risk assessments, investigates incidents, promotes a culture of safety, and supports continuous improvement efforts to protect employees, passengers, and the public Shared responsibility for continuous leadership, recruitment, and training of operator candidates. Provides classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction according to Transdev’s PDOP specifications in all aspects of vehicle operation and passenger transportation, including defensive driving, service area familiarization, passenger loading, unloading and securement.
