Reporting to the Manager of Environmental Services, the Environmental Services Supervisor serves as a highly visible operational leader, partnering with Nursing, Infection Prevention, Facilities, Patient Experience, and other departments to drive performance, support caregiver development, and achieve organizational goals. This role is responsible for overseeing caregivers who maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and hospitality-driven healthcare environment while supporting infection prevention, patient safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and an exceptional patient experience.
