1. *Assist building maintenance staff in procuring, obtaining, and preparing tools, equipment, and materials for specific planned maintenance tasks 2. *Schedule, coordinate, and escort subcontractor staff 3. *Assist with documentation, including sorting and filing of photographs, receipts, logs, checklists, and equipment lists 4. *Transport materials, documentation, tools and/or equipment between facilities 5. *Maintain equipment and material logs to ensure availability of required bench stock 6. Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance: •Maneuvering to and around equipment •Standing and walking •Bending, stopping, kneeling and reaching •Lifting of boxes or equipment (up to 35 pounds) •Climbing ladders or step stools •Utilizing basic computer equipment including keyboard, mouse, and monitor .
