This includes following and enforcing all company policies and procedures in accordance with all property manuals, employee evaluations, counseling, coaching, recruiting, training, following budget guidelines for expenses and labor, and achieving maintenance goals. Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, maintenance, and care throughout property grounds, pool areas, activity areas, common areas, and back of house areas.
