Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Compass Pointe ConsultingGrounds Maintenance SupervisorSpringfield, VADuties may include, but not be limited to, the following: • Direct, manage, and schedule all grounds maintenance staff and subcontractors; • Ensure staff and subcontractor compliance with the Contractor’s Emergency Response Plan, Safety Plan, and Environmental Compliance Plan; • Oversee and maintain the grounds supply inventory; • Effectively interface with the clients verbally and in writing; • Reduce the environmental impacts of work performed under the contract by using environmentally sound practices, processes, and products; and. Duties will include overseeing turf and lawn care; leaf and debris removal; fertilization and weed control; planting bed maintenance; watering and irrigation; retention pond and green roof maintenance; snow removal and de-icing.
