Performs a variety of manual labor tasks in support of construction, maintenance, and repair including: digging work areas, moving and removing pipes, replacing valves, removing and replacing covers, driving and assisting in installation and repair of utilities, and doing manual labor as required. When skill level is appropriate, operates the following and other equipment as needed: rock saw, back hoe, trencher, dump truck, bobcat, jet truck, tapping machine, camera truck, fork truck, and vacuum truck; performs maintenance checks to equipment operated.
