Involved in collaborative planning, driving process discovery and design workshop with SMEs, Architects, TPM, domain experts and vendors to ensure successful design and execution of process transformation programs across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, ITSM, and other enterprise domains. Responsible for Stakeholder engagement and co-ordination across global teams, enterprise architects, delivery teams and partner with business process owners, enterprise architects, product managers, and delivery teams.
