Perform a variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of company facilities and equipment; Construct, rebuild, and repair company-specific equipment and furniture; prepare surfaces for painting and varnishing and apply surface coverings as required. Perform work requiring skills including, but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC, and other tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager.
