The Facility Maintenance Technician is a key member of the team primarily responsible for performing repairs and maintenance of electrical plumbing HVAC mechanical equipment boiler systems and environmental control systems in all departments of the location. Do general repairs such as paining caulking patching walls security hardware roof repairs pavement repairs tile and floor repairs hanging shelves facility lighting and landscaping.
The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position. Assume the duties of other mechanics when required, including light carpentry, plumbing, grounds maintenance, electrical, painting, pool and spa maintenance, etc.
