Analyze project scope to identify stakeholders and impacts across the mortgage loan lifecycle, including application, origination, and servicing, and across client-facing web and mobile applications, back-end APIs and middleware, legacy platforms, and upstream/downstream systems. The Senior BA partners with business, Product, Engineering, and QA to support backlog refinement and analyze end-to-end impacts across front-end web and mobile experiences, back-end APIs and middleware, legacy systems, and upstream/downstream integrations.
