Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Execution - Ensure compliance in regard to distribution, new item speed to shelf, pricing objectives, planogram conditions, display performance against features and promotional activity and POS distribution - Work to resolve any noncompliance issues at retail where possible and communicate properly the unsolvable issues - Perform ride-withs at all levels of the retail organization Tracking - Audit stores in assigned geography according to executable items - Track and score retail audits, shipment opportunities, and report all competitive activity Training - Attend retail meetings to communicate client objectives, general retail trainings, market condition observations and assist in sales training Communication - Communicate the progress on the executables and tracking results listed and communicate all opportunities to the headquarter team/client.
