Communicate store repair needs to Store Manager\n Immediately handle emergencies in Store Manager's absence, in accordance with Company guidelines\n Provide feedback to Store Manager and Leadership Team regarding merchandise handling concerns\n Communicate any policy violations and Teammate or Guest concerns to Store Manager, District Manager, and/or Human Resources in a timely, confidential manner\n Understand and apply the Buckle's Code of Ethics and all Buckle's policies, procedures, and handbooks.\n \nSupervisory and Leadership \n\n Support Store Manager by planning and leading the Team, daily reviewing with Teammates and participation in Team meetings\n Partner with Store Manager to ensure that all OnBoarding new hire paperwork is promptly and accurately completed\n Prepare to be a Store Manager by collaboratively supervising Teammates in their store location with supervision from store management. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, training, reviewing, delegating, scheduling, and leading Teammates\n Act as the Store Manager in their absence\n Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs\n Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
