PROVIDES SUPERVISION TO : The Assistant Store Manager provides direct supervision of Store Leads, Retail Associates, clients, and volunteers assigned to the location, in alignment with GIRE management principles. Position may be promotable to Store Manager with demonstrated mastery of skills, relevant trainings including supervision, administrative tasks, and understanding business needs, goals, and objectives.
