Preferred Minimum of 10 years of relevant multi-site operations experience, including 5+ years progressive management experience with multi-site operations in healthcare Support Services, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Facility Management, and/or hospitality operations. The Regional Vice President directly leads the Division Vice Presidents of Support Services and, through them, market and facility leaders; establishes clear governance, performance expectations, and resource priorities; and drives measurable improvement in care experience, quality and regulatory readiness, workforce performance, operational reliability, and financial outcomes.
