Conducts inspections of work area and equipment for compliance with the requirements of all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and/or health, sanitation and safety laws; reports results of inspections as required; assigns staff and inmate/resident workers as necessary to correct problems and maintain compliance. Communicates effectively with administration, staff, FSC staff, inmates, visitors and vendors, particularly in situations requiring tact, diplomacy, understanding, fairness, firmness and good judgment.
