We are looking for a Supervisor in our Scattered Site Housing team to oversee day to day operations of our Scattered Site housing program which includes Rapid Rehousing, In-Reach, Hearth Connection, FYI, and Housing Trust Fund, and help us advance our mission within our housing community. As a Scattered Site Supervisor, you will supervise multiple case-managers operating in different programs and be responsible for ensuring inclusive, responsive, meaningful, and productive activities and case management services that are well-organized, integrated and provided to young people.
