The Manufacturing Supervisor directs daily production operations, develops team members, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality, productivity, and output expectations. Partner with peer Supervisors, Operations Group Leads, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, investigate root causes, and track corrective actions.
