The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction, industrial construction, mission critical construction, data center construction, healthcare construction, education construction, or other technically complex construction projects , with demonstrated success leading project teams, developing project managers, and managing project portfolios. This individual will be responsible for leading complex construction projects, overseeing multiple project teams, driving operational excellence, supporting business development efforts, mentoring project management staff, and ensuring successful project execution from preconstruction through closeout and warranty.
