Program Summary: Job Summary: The Early Diversion Program Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for the Early Diversion Program by supervising Early Diversion Outreach Specialists, coordinating grant implementation, and fostering collaboration among behavioral health, healthcare, justice, and community partners. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with behavioral health providers, law enforcement, EMS, fire departments, hospitals, courts, schools, primary care providers, housing agencies, and other community partners to strengthen referral pathways and improve access to services.
