The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading Agile Release Trains, facilitating PI Planning, and driving delivery governance and a proven ability to align cross-functional teams, resolve impediments, and improve flow for complex, multi-team programs . Serve as servant leader and chief coordinator for the Agile Release Train, partnering with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
