Working across customers, Sales, Project Management, Engineering, production and Integration Centers, planning, logistics, and other delivery teams, the Program Manager establishes operational direction, drives accountability, and leads resolution of issues affecting schedule, quality, readiness, delivery, or customer outcomes. The Program Manager provides end-to-end operational leadership across the delivery organization, ensuring customer requirements and commitments are clearly understood, risks and dependencies are actively managed, and customers and internal stakeholders have clear visibility into performance.
