Seasonal Position Requirements and Incentives: Seasonal position for 11/9/26 -2/27/27 Available Units: Emergency Room (ER), ICU, CVICU, Cardiac Specialty, Med Surg, Ortho & Spine Specialty, Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Neuro Trauma [must have minimum one (1) year hospital experience to qualify for Seasonal PRN PCT openings] Openings available at HCA Hospitals: Research Medical, Centerpoint Medical, Belton Regional, Lee's Summit, Medical, Menorah Medical, Overland Park Regional All Seasonal PRNs are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period (0.9 FTEs) during the seasonal period. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery Providing non-medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices Keeping patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency Managing supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality What qualifications you will need: A minimum of a High school diploma or GED required.
