Immediately responds, reports and notifies necessary parties, according to agency policy, of all incidents, allegations of abuse and sensitive situations involving residential individuals, and assures that any situation which is potentially harmful to the health, safety and welfare of an individual is responded to and reported according to agency policy. Camp Directors supervise a summer camp and its functions, which include overseeing regulatory compliance, ensuring satisfaction of the individuals we support, communicating with families, keeping a positive community image, and adhering to program budgets.
