Manage external contractor teams engaged in analysis on behalf of the client, overseeing the work of contractors including writing statements of work, issuing contracts, managing workplans, evaluating work products, budgeting, and invoicing. Responsibilities: Develop Client materials including information requests; briefings for client staff, other agency staff (DPS, DEC), the State Energy Planning Board, and technical advisory groups; and Client findings.
