Direct applicable production activities, which may include batching, weighing, measuring, blending, mixing, material staging, line startup and shutdown, product changeovers, and lot changes, in accordance with approved formulas, production orders, specifications, SOPs, and work instructions. Associate degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Quality Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing leadership experience.
