You'll partner closely with our Medical Director, Area Operations Director, and Human Resource Business Partner to support our new Urgent Care and certain Specialty teams, strengthen hospital operations, and ensure an exceptional experience for patients, clients, and team members. Schedule: During the initial growth phase, the Practice Manager will spend time across daytime, evening, and weekend shifts to understand the needs of each team and position, build strong relationships with staff, and help shape workflows as the new urgent care service expands.
