The Superintendent works closely with project management to proactively identify field challenges, manage resources, monitor productivity, maintain project documentation, and ensure construction activities align with project scope, specifications, and schedule. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with extensive construction knowledge, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
