Lead Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing teams in planning and executing new factory setup, production workflows, line layout, manufacturing environments, capacity expansion, and production ramp-up to ensure smooth product introduction into mass production. Key Preferred Qualifications (Strong Pluses): Experience in Greenfield factory setup, plant expansion, or large-scale production ramp-up, including but not limited to: facility planning, production line introduction, workforce scaling, and system implementation (e.g., MES/ERP).
