Working alongside students as they complete internship rotations at a community business site, you'll provide hands-on coaching, encouragement, and individualized support that helps them build confidence, develop workplace skills, and discover their potential. Through a combination of classroom instruction, individualized coaching, and hands-on internships, participants gain the confidence, skills, and real-world experience needed to achieve greater independence and meaningful employment.
