Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the monthly financial close process, including analyzing actual results and assisting with monthly reporting requirementsAssist the Plant Controller with finance and accounting activities such as fixed asset tracking, inventory valuation, product costing, period‑end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and asset and liability controlSupport the annual budget and forecasting process, including analysis of capital investments using return metrics such as ROI, IRR, and paybackPartner with plant personnel to identify, track, and quantify cost reduction opportunities and support ongoing maintenance of plant cost accounting systemsPerform inventory analysis and support inventory control processes, capital investment tracking, and manufacturing variance analysis and reportingHelp maintain internal controls and support compliance with local regulations, Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements, U.S. GAAP, and corporate accounting policiesAssist with documentation and reporting needs related to audits, tax, and insurance filingsContribute financial analysis and operational insight to support plant leadership and business performance improvement initiativesExperiences/Education - RequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related technical field requiredApproximately 3+ years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or related analytical experience preferredStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with general ledger systems and forecasting toolsExperience with PeopleSoft, SAP, Khalix, or similar systems preferredExposure to Performance Excellence, Six Sigma, or lean manufacturing processes is a plusThis position does not support immigration sponsorship.
