Assists with maintaining, repairing, and adjusting or replacing chassis assemblies including frames, springs, steering, dump bodies, brakes, hydraulic lifts, drives, and controls as well as aligning front ends, balancing wheels, and mounting, dismounting, servicing and repairing tires of all types and sizes. Performs routine tasks in the repair, maintenance and servicing of automotive and mechanical equipment, such as replacing wheel bearings and removing and replacing starters, fuel pumps, water pumps, gas tanks, carburetors, exhaust system components, shock absorbers, springs, and radiators.
