Experience supporting manufacturing applications such as GOM/ZEISS INSPECT, Maintenance Connection, QT9 QMS, VISI, hyperMILL, Eastman PatternPRO, or similar, including quality, maintenance, engineering, CAD/CAM, MES, QMS, or other manufacturing operational systems. Troubleshoot across the IT environment to identify application versus infrastructure issues, including Windows Server 2016+, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, networks, hardware, cybersecurity, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
