This role is the technical backbone of the manufacturing engineering department, bridging Design, Production, and Quality to establish proactive engineering rigor as Moonshot scales its in-house production of switchboards, control panels, and power distribution equipment. Cross-Functional Coordination: Interface actively with Design/Drafting (manufacturability feedback, BOM reviews), Quality (process capability, defect reduction), and Production Planning (capacity, scheduling alignment).
