The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will design, implement, improve, and maintain the processes in area of responsibility, related to gear and shaft manufacturing required for OEM and aftermarket customers in alignment to Department Goals around Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity. Working knowledge and experience manufacturing, specifically, knowledge and operation of CNC machining, Lean tools, assembly, blue print reading, measurement systems, and working within a structured team environment.
