This position owns production execution across all programs operating within the facility and is accountable for workforce management, schedule execution, workmanship, adherence to manufacturing processes, equipment readiness, routing discipline, WIP control, and timely escalation and resolution of production constraints. The facility operates as one coordinated manufacturing operation, with employees actively engaged, work completed correctly and on schedule, equipment maintained, and all required manufacturing steps accurately recorded.
